As we come to the conslusion in the blog series, you may be wondering , ‘Now that I know the 7 energy levels, what do I do with this information.”  After we discuss the 7th energy level, we will discuss what to do once you know Energy Levels.

“I was in the shower, and a solution came to me out of nowhere.”

“How did I end up home?”

Here we are, at our last energy level: Level 7 Core Energy.

This will be my final blog post about energy levels for a while. If you missed any of the previous discussions, start here.

Level 7 Core Energy is the highest energy level, one you cannot actively work towards. In fact, you won’t even know you’re in this level until you’re out of it. Why? Because as soon as you recognize it, you’re “kicked out” by becoming attached to the experience.

In Level 7, you are completely objective, non-judgmental, and fearless. You observe from a meta-view, looking at things without any attachment to outcomes. This is where people tap into their genius zone, and brilliant ideas just seem to happen effortlessly.

I’ve personally experienced this level while driving on I-35 (the busiest highway in Central Texas), only to realize later that I had no recollection of how I got home. While driving, my mind was in super-creative mode, and that’s where ideas like this blog series were born.

Although you can’t force yourself into Level 7, you can recognize moments when you’re there and start laying the groundwork to get there more often.

Advantages of Level 7: Core Energy

You tap into your inner genius and can co-create incredible life experiences.
You’re deeply connected with your intelligence and intuition.

Disadvantages of Level 7: Core Energy

Since nothing is perceived as truly “real,” others might find you hard to relate to and disconnected.
Many innovators, like Walt Disney, operated in Level 7 energy to create their magic. We owe much of our modern creativity to those who tapped into this level.

So, Now What? Know Your Energy

Now that we’ve explored the energy levels (and I promise, this is just a taste of the concept), what can you do with this information?
Recognize Energy in Others
Remember when I first introduced the idea that “like energy attracts like energy”? It’s easier to identify someone else’s energy than your own. This is often why we get frustrated with friends—they reflect something we see in ourselves. Start scanning the energy levels of those around you. Once you narrow down their energy, take a moment to reflect: Do you share that same energy level?

Evaluate  and Own Your Core Energy

Once you’re aware of your energy level, decide if it’s serving you. If it’s not, take action to shift to a more productive energy space.
