Welcome to Mudita Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”). We’re honored you’re considering working with us. Before we get started, here are the terms that guide our work together — written in a friendly way, but still covering the key legal bits.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By visiting our website, signing up for a coaching program, purchasing a service o a course, booking a session, or otherwise using our services, you (“you”, “Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use our services — we’ll gladly part with gratitude and hope to connect another time.
2. Services
We offer coaching and related services designed to support you in aligning with your values, increasing your joy, and creating meaningful change in your life. Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial planning. You understand and agree coaching is not a substitute for those professional services, and if required you will seek appropriate professionals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Here’s what you bring to the table:
Honesty and openness about where you are and where you want to go.
A readiness to take action (even small steps) between sessions.
Timely bookings, attendance, and being present.
If you skip sessions frequently, or are unreachable, we may pause or terminate the service.
4. Fees, Payment & Refunds
Payment details (amount, schedule, method) are set out in your specific service agreement.
Payments are due as agreed. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Unless otherwise stated in the service description or your agreement, all coaching fees are non-refundable.
If you feel the service didn’t meet your expectations, please contact us — we’re committed to fairness and will engage thoughtfully.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us at least [e.g., 24 hours] notice.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited, depending on your service agreement.
We’ll do our best to reschedule if we cancel, and if we can’t, we’ll credit you or refund as applicable.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
We will keep your personal information and what you share during coaching sessions confidential, except where required by law (for example, if there is risk of harm to self or others).
You authorise us to send you administrative and coaching-related communications.

7. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, resources, programs, downloads, content, intellectual property remain our property. You may use them for your personal growth but may not share, resell or distribute them unless expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of your personal material (your stories, input, worksheets) but you grant us a non-exclusive right to use anonymized examples for improvement and marketing (unless you opt-out).
8. Limitation of Liability & Release
You understand that coaching outcomes depend on many personal factors. It depends on your effort, openness, environment, health, etc. We make no guarantees of outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the coaching services under which the claim arose.
You release us, our owners, employees and subcontractors from any claim arising from your use (or misuse) of the coaching services.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in [County], Texas and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
10. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the specific service agreement you sign (if any) represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding coaching services. They supersede any earlier discussions or understandings.
12. Marketing, Testimonials & Publicity
By participating in our programs you may be asked if you are willing to provide a testimonial or story. We will only use your first name and a headshot or quote when you consent. If you prefer we keep your identity private, just let us know.
13. No Waiver / Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. A waiver by us of any term will not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other.
