🌟 Making Changes that Work for You 🌟

Are you a person who loves constant performance and achievement? Do you get so excited about new goals? If so, you will want to read this blog about how to accomplish what you want to achieve in 2024!

If so, you are probably like me and are a hyper-achiever who always wants to improve every year. You spend time at the end of the year thinking about what you want and what you want to remove during the next year.  

I am one of the four people who quit my resolution within the first 30 days.  After that, I feel like I am a failure because I drop it.

If you are one of the 9% who actually obtain their news resolutions, my hat goes off to you. I would love to hear how you do it. 

I have found a new way for me to make a change in my life. I use the Word of the Year  (also known as the One Word) Method.

This is where a word that you focus on for the year that encompasses the transformation for the year. It becomes a guiding beacon, shaping your journey through 2024 with intention and clarity. It should encapsulate what you need more of, what you want to focus on, or what you need to improve on.

In order for me to come up with my word for the year, I need to have a clear vision of what I want for the year, and I need a road map that provides me the hope that I can achieve it.
